Tech Support Team [Application]

Hello PMCs,

We would like to inform you all that we are currently looking to build a team of tech support from the community on the forum. These users will have a moderator access privileges on the forum with a red name symbols like the moderation team with a tech support tag. The task of this team will be helping users on our forum with technical issues that might range from in-game issues, forum issues, payment questions, redirecting users, etc. They will be moderating and answering questions on our technical forum sections on our alpha section as well as the rest of the sections.

 

So, if you are someone who enjoys helping others, love troubleshooting and supporting, then you are more than welcome to send your application to me and we can select our first wave of tech support team. From there on we will go ahead and connect you to the necessary chat software which we can troubleshoot and help users on the forum together with other staff members.

 

When you send your application, please make sure to have the layout as followed (Anything different will not be considered):

Subject: Tech Support Team Application

Content: Name, age, languages you speak, how much do you know about Escape from Tarkov, how much do you know about the forum rules, any past experience on related things, why do you think you can be a good addition to the tech support team, how much time you can spend answering questions per day, more about you to get to know you better, what would be the first thing you would do as a tech support, anything else related, etc.

 

All applications will be considered and decision on selected users will be announced here as well as through message. Find your advantages and red lights below:

 

Advantages:

1. Forum activity

2. Positive interaction posts/comments

3. Well put application

4. Past experience

5. High involvement on the forums (Especially on support sections)

6. High knowledge about technical issues as well as gameplay elements

7. Age/maturity

 

Red lights:

1. Previous warning points

2. Very new forum profiles (New to the forum)

3. Very low activity

4. New to the game

5. Negative forum interactions with other members, etc

We had a good amount of applications and we have selected our first tech support team members from the community who has already started to solve problems by communicating with us directly on a messenger. 

 

They are solving user problems thread by thread and closing them down after they have been solved in this four forum sections below:
