Group: Loners Action: Make an Ambush After a little bit of searching I would finally be satisfied with my findings. This area was but a treasure trove...one had to simply look to find all kinds of gadgets and doohickeys. But still...all those guys at that checkpoint actually kind of piss me off. It would be better if there weren't so many of them...hmm...I think it's time to send them a nice little greeting...or rather an invitation into a nice secluded place where I could have some fun with them. A fire should suffice...however I need to make sure that I get a good vantage point on them. What to use better than the apartament complex where I was currently hiding out? Of course...not so close to the room where I usually set myself up to watch these guys. Just a few buildings off and maybe a small deviation with the floors and Voila! Now what could possibly get their attention...oh, I know...a fire! Going through the complex of the apartaments, I eventually pick out a spot where the smoke and/or flames would be visible. Now to just set up the fire...how do they always do this? Knife and...flint? well it should be steel I think...let's get this fire going and hopefully...just hopefully someone shows up.

Group: Loners Action: Search This is some straight up slavery...guh, there are just too many of them and I'm unprepared...but then again I have many advantages on my side...one, they don't know I'm here and I have some info on them...allright then, time to prepare. I decide to check around the buildings around for anything useful I could possibly use...or maybe even something valuable if I get lucky. I make a mental note of where I set up my little hideout...well...I just claimed this room as my own but I guess no one will object. I pick up my stuff and set out to look for anything of value. At the same time I do my best not to show myself to the men at the checkpoint as that can possibly blow my cover. Keeping my boomstick readied, I search through the nearby buildings, shops, you name it...and if I think there might be something useful near the checkpoint...I wouldn't be against slipping a bit closer unannounced...

Group: Loners Action: Explore Ah...it seems as if I've been turned away from the direction of my exploration...can't say those chaps were too friendly...quite funny though, especially with their broken English and all. They probably speak Russian...anyway I'm not going to stand for this! Of course after being turned away I make sure to walk away untill they lose sight of me but then I turn into one of the alleyways branching out further into this urban area. I make sure to take a careful look around, get familiar with the surroundings of this area and the checkpoint aswell before deciding to go even a step further. I take note of any high buildings in the area and make my way there. Exploring the building itself, I made sure to take note of any exits and possible passages. Moving upstairs I try to find a nice room I could take shelter in. I settle myself in there and make sure to have a good vantage point at the checkpoint so that I can watch the 'lovely chaps' there and anything that could possibly transpire in there. I also make sure not to make too much noise or simply stick my head out so that they can't spot me. So...essentially this is the way I began to 'case the joint'. Hopefully something interesting happens.

Group: Loners Action: Move to Destination Stupid dog...just wasting my time...that's not how I imagined my first encounter of this raid...oh well, what can you do really. I'll just continue going further South. I wonder if that stupd camp is there still...I mean it's been a while since I've been there. Gosh, I just wish something would happen. Lady Luck, guide my path.

Group: Loners Action: Move to destination...and possibly investigate. Allright. Back at it again in the city. I wonder if I can scavenge something useful or just plain valuable. Guess I'll better get to it then before nightfall catches me. Even then, I have a flashlight to aid me. Loot, here I come! Or not...I just heard some gunfire further south and...was that an explosion? Hmm...there seems to be some sort of party brewing there! How could they without inviting me?! Me and my shotgun are on the way! Wait for us! Besides...loot can always wait. Unless it walks away inside some scavenger's backpack. Meh, I prefer the adventurous way. Onwards South! But carefully...wouldn't want to be riddled with bullets like last time. Ugh...can still feel it in my crotch...ouh.

Group: Loners Action: Move to destination I take a few glances at the pile of dog sh-...I mean poo. It stinks so it's fresh...either someone around has a pet dog or there are some wild dogs around. I don't really want to find out which one would that be at the moment. Deciding to stop singing for the time being, I rack my shotgun and continue going the direction I've set for myself. Hopefully I can see whoever is around before they can see me, but other than that I just continue on my way south, towards the city. Occasionally I make sure to drag my feet through the dirt to clean out any 'landmines' I could have stepped on. I still wonder if the settlement I've seen on my last raid is still near thr docks. Could be fun or worthwile to mess with these guys. Gotta push some luck, eh?

Group: Loners Action: Move to destination Ahhhh...nothing like the smell of the forest again. It's been a while since I went out on a raid but hey...a man's gotta eat. Feeling a rush of good luck, I adjust my backpack, load up my boomstick to the brim and simply smile. Momma always said that everything can be weathered through if you just keep a smile on your face. Time to risk my life once again! I think to myself, wondering if those raids will ever bring me fortune and glory. I don't feel like testing fate too much this time around, so I decide to stick to a somewhat known area. The forests are not too dangerous after all...right? Guess I'll find out sooner or later. For now though, I'm just gonna go south towards the city. Hopefully lady luck will be on my side again. Gotta try out this new gun as well. I promised myself to not test my fate but soon enough I throw caution to the wind and begin singing a Polish patriotic song from back when I used to be but a little lad.

Group: Loners Action: Move to destination Moving through the forest, I finally get closer and closer to the safe zone. Smiling to myself, I begin to think about my cozy hideout and how richer will I be upon selling the loot I found. I pick up the pace quite substantially, wanting to make my way to safety and comfort as soon as I can, now jogging with a bit of a faster pace towards the location of my hideout.

Group: Loners Action: Move to Destination Miraculously walking away from the sitation, I decide to hightail it north as fast as I can, taking small breaks for food. I don't feel comfortable with my current state...I'd much rather get out of here than risk moving on. Thinking of sleep, I move on north, wanting to get back to the safezone via the nearest checkpoint which was a little bit north and in the forest. I only take brief stops when I need to eat, thinking to myself that I just really need to get all of this loot out of here.

Group: Loners Action: Search After resting up in the executive wing of the office building, I consider my choises and decide to check out the fire. It seems close enough, albeit a little away from the gate. Who knows, maybe Lady Luck will be on my side this time. I sure wouldn't mind some good loot...then again who in their right mind would not accept good loot. I move north, carefull not to bring to much attention on me, allready wondering what will I find at the spot from which the smoke rises...who knows, maybe I'm walking straight into a trap. Meh. In case that happens, I got my trusty handguns and balls of steel, baby...I really gotta stop watching all those action movies... -Olgierd (Initiating encounter)

Group: Loners Action: Move to destination Is this what robbers used to do back in the day? Looking for lockboxes and then trying to break them open? I don't really know myself. Eh...better not worry about that right now, what matters is that the cash is now mine! Har har! Ugh...my stomach grumbled once more...it's been a while since I've eaten. Gotta really find some food soon. I hope there are plenty of strashes where I'm going. Or maybe I can just find a group of evildoers and politely 'persuade' them to hand over their goods. It's not a theft if you steal from a thief after all, right? Onwards! To adventure! With that cheerful thought I delve further into the city, wondering if going south will be such a good idea. Eh...I've always been the type of idiot who would die thanks to his unquenchable curiousity. Might aswell end it while adventuring, that said I don't really wanna die, so I guess I'll go out guns blazing. Yeah! That's it! Come at me, bandits, burglars, thieves and all of you miserable sort! I'll take you on! Having allready heightened my morale, I march on, wondering if I should get myself a nickname...hmm...would I be called a gunslinger if I use both pistols at the same time? Now that sounds cool...but then again if I only meet bandits then no one will hear of me...ugh...this is so unfair. -Olgierd

Group: Loners Action: Search Finally getting away from that battleground I found earlier, I decide it's about time to wander about this area and put my faith in Lady Luck. As soon as I can I slip into a complex of buildings and look around in a bit of a comedic manner, holding my pistols in both hands and pretending like I'm some sort of an agent straight out of an action movie. I even pretend to shoot a bit, making my own sound effects with my mouth. Effects such as 'swoosh', 'pew pew' or an occasional 'yoink'. Due to this, I find myself a bit worn out, still wandering aimlessly around this...I guess this is somewhat of a residental building. Soon enough I find myself entering a random apartament and finding a wooden table there, right next to it a broken window. I decide to have some fun and soon enough I find myself slowly scooting the table closer to the table, lifting it up and eventually pushing it halfway through the window. Then it goes easily, as I let gravity take care of the rest. The table flops out of the window and has quite the trip downwards since I'm on...at least the sixth floor of this building. Seeing the table slam against the ground below the windows, I let out a sigh and fall backwards on the rather large rug, deciding to rest up a bit, currently asking myself did I really find something earlier? Or maybe I'll find something once I rest up. I probably look like a drunk, laying down like that. -Olgierd

Group: Loners Action: Move to destination Phew...my stomach keeps complaining on the lack of food I've been having recently. I wanted to search the area where I found the pistol earlier...but seeing how the previous owner of this gun ended up, I decided that staying there wouldn't be such a good idea. Instead of sticking around, I decided to move further into the city, hoping that whatever awaits me is not allready looted, or at least that the bandits there(providing that there are any where I'm going) are complete idiots. Nevertheless I steel myself and keep on marching...no wait that's stupid. Instead of marching down the street like a one man Red Army, I once again stick to the alleyways. I'll have more time to get a bearing of my surroundings when I actually get out of the alleys. For now the most concerning need of mine is food. Hopefully I can find some there. Maybe there are more 'strashes' there? Who knows...although I do have to watch out for traps...I got lucky the last time one of those was mined. Hey, maybe I can get my hands on some explosives? That would be awfully convenient. I wonder if I could effectively dual-wield those pistols I have...that Kedr is pretty dirty after all...guess I'm gonna just stick to my trusty TT and just in case I get into a shitty situation, I'll still have a backup gun. Well...into the backpack you go, Mr. Kedr. -Olgierd

Group name: Loners Action: Search After being done with resting, I decide to take a look around the area. Finally coming out of the swamp, I trudge towards the urban area, making sure to stick a bit to the edge of the entire civilian area, eyeing the buildings curiously and slowly deciding to figure out which ones should I search. After figuring out my train of thoughts, I move towards a complex of buildings. It seems like it has a lot of flats. Probably one of the buildings which housed dock workers and their families. There's gotta be some stuff here...either left behind by the people who used to live here or who knows, maybe I'll find another secret stash? After all, I got a bit sceptical about the strashes...especially since someone had the brilliant idea to mine them with grenades...hmm...maybe I could defuse one later and get a grenade for myself...I should try it later after I'm done with this place. I wonder what's it like further south... -Olgierd
