Group name: Loners Action: Move to destination Being somewhat ressuplied by my last strash run, I decide to keep moving. There is much to explore, at least I think so...maybe I'm going to run into some interesting personalities...and maybe even I can get some revenge on the person who stabbed me. Deep down I hope I eventually run into her. Preferably on my conditions. For now I move south, slowly making my way towards the docks. Maybe I'll even find myself a boat. Ah the imagination...then again anything can happen these days. However I am willing to bet there's going to be something interesting at the docks. After all it does have to be somewhat of an important teritory. Rambling on myself, I just continue along as the wanderer I am...a wanderer~ yeeeah wanderer~ I roam around around around around...~

Group name: Loners Action: Search After my little adventure at that warehouse, I have noticed that I followed the men to a completely different area...guess I'll have to find my way around...and what better way to explore than trying to search for stuff! Yeah, my food stocks aren't looking so well...I'm gonna have to find some. Hmm...there was this trashcan stash I discovered a while ago...perhaps they made more of these or somebody had a similar idea...but I can't forget to focus on the buildings, not...trashcans. I keep scurrying around, trying to find some usefull stuff and keeping an eye out for any interesting situations or locations. Hmm...maybe there is a bar nearby...I heard stories of bartenders sometimes keeping a shotgun under the counter just in case someone too rowdy shows up. Ehh, if this is indeed true then they're probably stolen allready but who knows...maybe I can find something else.

Group: Loners Action: Make an ambush Cherishing the food I found from that interesting looking stash (I really gotta remember this idea...honestly I got really lucky when finding this, I mean I only tried to lean against this post box and it fell over, not only revealing the hidden stast but its yummy contents aswell), it seems that I'm not entirely alone...a bit off in the distance I could see a group of questionable-looking characters...who knows...they might have been bandits but they did not seem to spot me YET. From my point of view, I should use this advantage...they haven't spotted me yet and I know where they are...why not try my luck, eh? I decide to carefully stalk the group, allready plotting an ambush...all I have to do is patiently wait untill a good opportunity comes. I make sure my TT is fully loaded before continuing to follow the group. It seems like I'm going to spend most of my day stalking these guys...the biggest opportunity will no doubt reveal itself when it gets dark. Keeping my sidearm at the ready I continue to follow them, watching their endeavours and taking notes as to how do they behave. Patience, Olgierd...patience...Lord knows I'm not one of the most patient men around but when the payoff is good, I am willing to suffer some silence. Finally a late hour struck and the enviroment got considerably darker in a way that they wouldn't be able to spot me in the darkness. The feeling in my gut tells me that the opportune situation has come. I move in to engage... -Olgierd (Initiating Encounter)

Group: Loners Action: Search Wow...people really weren't kidding when they said how dangerous urban areas are. Well, it's too late to back off now as I'm allready here. Let's just hope I don't run into too much trouble. First thing in the morning after waking up, I promise to myself to dedicate this entire day to searching and looting. And so I did, skittering along buildings and even going inside of them, hoping that lady luck is on my side. Of course I keep my sidearm at the ready, making sure it's loaded just in case I have to defend myself against bandits or whatever might come out at me in these parts...I mean...I gotta expect pretty much anything at this point. I got a feeling my opinion of the docks area will solidify utself after this run after I come back...IF I come back...bah, who am I kidding, I'll just play rock, paper, scissors with death if push comes to shove. You can do that, right? Anyways...without further ado...let me just get my ass up and with the moss on my back and my gun at my side, I set out to what I came here to do. Seek fortune. -Olgierd
  7. Game

Group: Loners Action: Move South and search After finally settling on the edge of the forest and taking quite a relaxing seat against a moss-covered part of a nearby tree, I decide to think about the cabin I visited today...for some reason it bugs me quite a bit and I decide to mark it on my map. Perhaps I shall come back there later when I have more time. After all, it did look somewhat cozy...nevertheless I decide to stay up for a bit, rambling to myself about the pluses and minuses of my first trip...hopefully it will be worth the weight. My destination is close now, let's hope I can find something interesting. Ah...most importantly before I go to sleep, I pull out a large pack of crackers and a bit of water, downing it and then wishing myself a good night's sleep, ending up rocking myself to sleep. After the night has passed, I can just barely see the sun peeking through the crowns of the trees and then I try to get myself up...yeah...emphasis on TRY... Turns out the moss I've been resting against was stuck to me...or was I stuck to it? I don't really know...the point is, I struggled a bit before finally coming loose. Who would have thought? A patch of moss would be my ultimate downfall...chuckling to myself and still thinking about this little endeavour, I stand up and actually decide to keep the moss that suck to me. Who knows, maybe it will provide me with some "natural camouflage". Finally readying myself to keep moving south, I trek on with a bit of a bouncy stride, checking if the moss sticks to me. It actually did, although I don't know how practical of a camouflage it would be...especially with the brown-ish side on the visible side. Eh...guess I'll see in the near future. For now, I simply whistle to myself, trying to get my morale even higher than it is and march into the urban area, wanting to find my fortune there. Why do I keep writing these? Is there some god-like being which decides my fate in this little adventure of mine? Do I write this for them? I dunno...but safe to say I don't feel lonely even though I march on alone...as I can feel something watching me...or maybe it's just my imagination, I don't know. -Olgierd

Group: Loners Action: Move South and search As soon as I can get my bearings, I decide to travel south, a bit off from the checkpoint to try my luck on the nearby building complex. AP-01 does seem like a good enough start. Hopefully I can find something valuable. I'm just worried I might have taken not enough food...I guess when I eventually run out, I'll be still near the checkpoint on the bright side. Once I get there I'm gonna get straight to looting. First come first served as always. Then comes another thought...just...hoping that place isn't cleared up. This would be a huge waste of time...and I don't think I have much time with the amount of food I have taken...guh...I really should have taken more...well...at least I csn defend myself quite well...heard those Scavs don't really find "tourists" quite welcome. Truth be told I kinda do want to mess with them. Maybe they have some gear I could use...but that's yet another risk...eh...I'm rambling to myself again...bt this forest is quite peacefull for what it is, eh? -Olgierd

Character name Olgierd Description A rather slim individual, standing at around 5'6. Has light skin and blue eyes. Has short, straight brown hair and is showing traces of a light stubble. His past Originating from Poland, Olgierd has always been showing signs of interests in the topic of military such as oncgoing conflicts or simply equipment. This caused him to go to a military academy, which he unfortunately could not get through. Even though this almost crushed his dreams to take part in a military event that would get his adrenaline pumping. That and lack of jobs he could take. Dear Olgierd decided to place everything on a single card and seek his fortune East. Heard there's a conflict brewing in the Norwinsk region...well...where one may see a place which they only want to run away from, others see it as a place of opportunity. Thankfully, Olgierd belonged to the latter group. How did he get to Tarkov? Well...it seems that getting into Tarkov would be a bit of a pickle...the region is probably cut off by military forces and UN Peacekeepers. The best way to get in there seemed to be by air. Therefore Olgierd formed a plan with a pilot of questionable lawfullness. He was going to be flown in and just as they would be passing the closed off area, hopefully not detected by anything that could shoot them down, Olgierd would simply jump out and use a parachute to land in right in the heart of a forest. He had to find his way from there. Predilections Olgierd tends to enjoy good company, jokes and a good meal. He can be the source of comedy itself, often making even inappropriate jokes when feeling cocky or just simply happy. Other than that, he enjoys spending time with his equipment, customizing his clothing, weapons and such. He loves tinkering with mechanical stuff. Friends uring his endeavours in Tarkov, Olgierd has met a certain USEC who tourned out to be more than just a hired gun. Friendship sparked between the two as they simply tried to get by through cooperation with eachother. It's hard making friends in Tarkov, therefore Olgierd values his "Usuck" friend sometimes more than his own life. The name of this USEC was "Nathan Whitfield". Wounds, and battles Olgierd's most memorable encounter would be his first, when he stumbled upon a group of Scavs. Just his luck, they were looting bodies of dead BEARs. Luckily there was a body nearby which was still not looted and still had a somewhat loaded PM Makarow along with a couple of magazines. Before the bandits could notice, a skirmish ensuded between this single man and several Scavs. Guess the training on the arcades paid off finally. He killed two Scavs and wounded one. Facing this moral choise, he decided to let the wounded Scav go. Others might get him but...enough was enough. Through this situation, he managed to get a light scar which would go along his head. It turns out he almost died from a bullet which just barely grazed his skull, only causing a cut, therefore leaving a scar. Aspirations Olgierd seemingly lives for this conflict. What he wants is for this whole situation to last as long as it can, so he can simply profit and quench his thirst for adventure through it. The greatest achievement that character did Ran through an ongoing firefight just to collect loot and escape the same route, essentially running both ways through a firefight, getting through unscathed.
