I cant login into my account in the Windows launcher because i wont get the security code send to my e-mail address Login into the website works so my Password and E-mail/Username are correct I tried resetting my Password but i cant recieve anny E-mails from Battlestate Games I checked for Spam Filters on my E-mail and added "[email protected]" as Friends so the E-mail cant get marked as Spam My Mailbox isnt full i can recieve anny other E-Mails
  2. A lot of People right now have the same Issue as me: When we login thorugh launcher it says that there will be an E-Mail sent containing the Code, but no Mail will be sent. If you login through the Website, theres no problem. All the E-Mails like Password change or else will be sent. The only Issue is the launcher. 1.Already Whitelistet all of BSG E-Mail Adresses ([email protected] / [email protected] / [email protected]) 2.Checked Spam folder and it´s settings and No there is no filter or max. capacity of my spam folder. 3.Reinstalled launcher and launched via admin but nothing works. 4.Already made a support Ticket a few days ago but no answer of support yet. #8554396 5. i wrote a Direct E-Mail ot the Support, a few days ago but no answer yet. suprise suprise... 6. Can´t change E-Mail cuz it´s blacked out for me... what the hell is this mess! I tried everything else but it didnt work so please just send me a Verfication Code manually or change this damn Veration system ,cuz this thing is going on my nerves...
  3. I bought EFT on january 1st and was looking forward to playing it but I can't login to the website or trought the BSG launcher. I do not recieve the verification email and can't access my account. I am using Gmail. I have checked my spam and junk folders and also whitelisted [email protected] I have sent a request to support and I am still waiting. Any advice would be appreciated.
  4. Lately, I purchased a standard edition gift for my friend. But after I payed the price through credit card, I didn't receive an e-mail that included the code for my friend to activate. Actually, it was not my first time did not receive e-mails from escape from tarkov. I sent an e-mail in Chinese last year about didn't receive e-mail, but you did not reply it. I assumed it was because you did not understand Chinese, so this time I use English. Hope you will reply this, because it is important. I have received receipt from Xsolla. (In attachments) And have purchase history on my official EFT website. (Also in attachments) But I did not receive any e-mail from EFT. Really want my friend to enjoy this game. Please help me solve this. Thank you. Edit: I sent this to [email protected] through e-mail early today.

    Email Änderung ?

    ich habe vor einer woche mein e-mail geändert nun steht bei mir : E-Mail-Änderung bis zu: 13 Aug 2017 09:17 das ist ja schon lange um leider bekomme ich immernoch keinen device code auf meine neue e-mail was soll ich machen ? der support antwortet mir auch nich MfG. Fraggy
