  1. Hallo zusammen, ich hoffe hier finde ich endlich Antwort auf mein langes warten. Seit mittlerweile Anfang des Jahres warte ich darauf, dass ich eine Rückmeldung vom Support bekomme. Meine ehemalige E-Mail Adresse ist nicht mehr vorhanden, kann daher keine zugesendeten Verifizierungs-Codes eingeben und die Email-Adresse muss entsprechend geändert werden, um mich schließlich wieder im Spiel einzuloggen. Ebenfalls habe ich auch auf meine bisher 4 Support Anfragen keine Ticketnummern oder der Gleichen erhalten. Ich hoffe mir kann über das Forum weitergeholfen werden, da es mich mittlerweile echt nervt, dass gar keine Resonanz kommt und ich echt gerne wieder zurück ins Spiel joinen würde. Vorab vielen Dank

    Hallo hab ein problem ich kann mich nicht mehr in meiner email anmelden kann der support diese ändern auf einer die ich zugreifen kann pw und email hab ich alles kann mich auch noch einloggen nur zum verrecken bekomme ich kein bestätigungs code mehr da er auf die falsche email kommt

    Change email adress

    The email that I use for Tarkov has been hit by three data breaches and I would like to change my email as quickly as possible because my tarkov account got hacked too just now...I managed to change the password and I even have Google Authenticator enabled but didn't get any reports that my password had been changed from tarkov...which is very strange but okay. I looked it up and this would be the only way to change my mail because they temporarily disabled it.

  6. Salve galerinha É comum eu receber mensagens sobre players que não estão recebendo o email com o código de verificação para login. Primeiramente isso não costuma ser um problema da BSG e sim do provedor do email. Geralmente esse problema acontece com a Hotmail. A principio peço que verifique se você é o único que está com esse problema, uma leve olhada aqui no fórum/discord oficial ou nas redes sociais do EFT pode tirar essa duvida. Caso você seja o único, peço que siga os passos a baixo. Primeiramente verifique seu Spam/Lixo Eletrônico. Caso não encontre na caixa de Spam, tente adicionar o email da BSG na lista de emails de confiança ou lista branca(White List) Para fazer isso basta ir na configuração do seu provedor de email e procurar por lista branca ou remetentes seguros. Como o Hotmail(outlook) é o mais comum de acontecer esse problema vou colocar aqui os caminhos para encontrar tal opção(e também porque é o único que eu uso de fato ). Se preferir tem esse tutorial com imagens. Clique na imagem da engrenagem para entrar nas configurações, procure a aba email, e escolha a sessão lixo eletrônico, procure pela lista Domínios e remetentes seguros e então adicione o email BSG na lista : no-reply@escapefromtarkov.com faça login novamente ou clique para que o código seja reenviado. Caso mesmo assim o email não chegue, tente enviar um email qualquer para no-reply@escapefromtarkov.com e então tente novamente receber o email. Se mesmo depois de tudo isso você não receber o email ou entre em contato com o suporte do seu provedor de email ou entre em contato com o suporte do EFT e peça a mudança para um email de outro provedor(Gmail de preferencia). Se você usar um dos domínios hotmail, outlook, live ou msn, recomendamos que entre em contato com o serviço de suporte da Microsoft, observe que seu problema está relacionado ao nosso pedido SRX1474153869ID, que a Microsoft não resolve.     Website isn't sending me the email

    I haven't been able to sign into my account from the website from well over a year. No one ever helps in the Discord and it's starting to piss me off. I can play the game but I use an icloud.com account and recently I tried to use a gmail.com but neither have been receiving an email. So is this just me or is just BSG being BSG and is there a way to fix it?

Bonjour a tous, alors voila, j'ai créer une nouvelles config il y a 3 jours et je voulais télécharger le jeu sur ce nouveau pc, comme vous avez pu le comprendre je ne reçois pas les e-mail de sécurité... je suis sur Outlook... j'ai donc écris au support avec mon adresse Outlook mais aussi avec deux adresse Gmail différentes ( cela fait 3 jours ) et toujours aucune réponse de la part du support, je n'ai même pas reçu de mail avec un numéro de ticket support, je suis complètement perdu et j'aimerai si possible un peu d'aide car monté un pc pour un jeu en particulier et ne pas pouvoir y jouer alors que je l'ai acheté sa la fout un peu mal lol.... Merci d'avance a toutes les personnes qui voudront bien m'aider !
  9. So I've been trying for DAYS already to log into the launcher after getting a "Hardware activation required" error, and the e-mail with the 2FA code just never arrives. What exactly is the issue here? (Yes, I've checked my junk / spam folders, the e-mail just isn't arriving). I was also able to see this was happening to several people by the ammount of threads about it but no acknowledgement or solution is provided, or so it seems..

    Pedi para um amigo meu comprar o jogo para mim , porém , Na hora de criar a conta ele se confundiu e colocou o email pessoal dele, então toda vez que tenho que logar e preciso pegar o código de verificação com ele . Já tentei contactar o suporte ,mas ele falam que a troca de email está indisponível no momento Há alguma outra maneira de resolver esse problema?     Cant change my email

    I have lost access to the email address I had when I purchased Escape from Tarkov and have tried to contact support in helping me assign a new email address to my account but so far to no avail. For the past three months I have sent emails containing my account name, email address previously used, copies of paypal statements showing the date of transaction and amount paid with reference numbers to the products purchased. Contacting support seems to be the only option when changing emails. Is there anything I can do to regain access to my account with a different email?

Si usais como correo de registro algun proveedor de los siguientes: hotmail, outlook, live o msn, os recomendamos que os pongais en contacto con el servicio de soporte de Microsoft, tened en cuenta, por favor, que tienen un problema con la solicitud SRX1474153869ID, que Microsoft no esta solucionando. Servus Leute ich habe folgendes Problem ich habe mein Mainboard+Cpu gewechselt um Tarkov besser spielen zu können Problem bei der Sache, ich logge mich Logischerweise jetz über den Launcher von einem "anderem Pc" ein, was dem Launcher eher nicht so gefällt zur überprüfung ob es sich auch wirklich um mich handelt soll ich nun beim Einloggen einen Verifizierungs Code eingeben der mir per Email geschickt werden soll. Leider bekomme ich diese Email nicht ! (Vor dem Umbau hab ich die Emails bekommen) Darauf hin fragte ich Freunde ob sie sich mal wo anders einloggen könnten um zu schaun ob sie vllt auch keine Verifizierungs Emails bekommen und siehe da die Email ist binnen Sekunden da. Jetz frage ich mich ob bei mir vllt irgendwas schiefgelaufen ist und ich mir jetz wirklich das game neu Kaufen muss >.< Meine Email befindet sich bei Web.de alle spamfilter sind ausgeschaltet und no-reply@escapefromtarkov.com Sowie info@battlestategames.com habe ich in mein Adress buch aufgenommen oder auf die "Erwünscht" liste gesetzt.

    Email change is one of the most important features in an account please bring it back its very important or atleast provide us with a reason or a date of when it will be back.

    Off your public fire wall, then allow private and public access to battlestate games then turn back your firewall on and re-log. You should be able to get your email verification. Hope this helps
  17. Bom dia a todos, estou com um problema para logar em minha conta. Fiz a ativação do meu windows 10 e o launcher do jogo reconheceu como acesso de novo dispositivo. Porém o email de verificação para eu poder logar não chega. Alguém já passou por isso e tem alguma solução ? Provedor do email: GMAIL Obs: Todos os outros emails (Troca de senha, configurações de seguraança chegam normal, só o de ativação que não.

    Sono più di due giorni che non riesco ad accedere al mio account perché non mi viene inviato per email il codice di autentificazione. Ho provato di tutto: reinstallato il launcher, ho disattivato il firewall e l'antivirus, ho controllato che non fosse in spam e ho messo nei mittenti fidati le 3 email relative al sito di EFT, ho cancellato su %appdata% la cartella del launcher, ho provato a cambiare il mio ip con un VPN o il proxy, ho provato con proprietà a testarlo su windows 8 (io ho 10 pro). Vorrei giocare al gioco per cui ho pagato, e a dirla onestamente mi sento truffato dato che non posso nemmeno richiedere il reso. Il gioco è veramente bello ma non posso letteralmente giocarci per colpa di questo codice che non mi inviano, l'avrò spammato all'infinito fino al blocco la richiesta dell'invio di email. Ho guardato sui forum e molti, indipendentemente dalla mail, hanno questo problema e le soluzioni consigliati non mi sono state d'aiuto. non mi rimane altro che aspettare una risposta alle 10 email inviate. Qualcuno ha consigli?
  20. Today I got a random message telling me "hardware activation required". Odd, since I have been playing fine on this pc for the past few weeks, and I had the "keep me signed in" option checked. It asks for a code that it emailed to me, but I never received a code. Not in spam, not in my normal inbox. If I reset my password, I get an email. If I change the method of keeping ym account secure (secret question, one time code, etc), I get an email. But I DON'T get an email for the hardware activation code. This is infuriating

    Email Verification will not send

    I bought EFT on the 19th and everything went smoothly, I could get into the site and downloaded the launcher from my profile page, but when I tried to log in from the launcher it asks for an email verification code just like it did on the website. Only problem is it does not send the code to get into the launcher so now not only can I not play the game, but I can't even download it, which is a major letdown and as of right now I have gotten no response from support. I use a yahoo ameritech email, does anyone know a solution of have a similar problem?

Bonsoir, Désolé du dérangement j'ai l'espoir que vous pourriez peut être m'aider. j'ai le même problème que certains sujets que vous avez solutionner, c'est un dire que je ne reçois pas l'email de confirmation pour me connecter. Néanmoins je peux toujours jouer au jeu, c'est seulement lorsque je me rend sur le site officiel pour mettre à jour ma version. Avant de soumettre cette demande j'ai bien évidemment d'abord chercher de mon coté et ai déjà tout essayer. (liste blanche, contacter le support Outlook, etc.) En attente d'une réponse favorable je vous remercie d'avance pour votre aide.

My friend bought the game about 2 years ago he played it for around 6 months untill he quit.Now he came back and wants to play again but when he tries to login in his account the email verification is not getting sent he tried every single solution he could find on the internet but nothing is working he is trying to fix this for almost a month now and there is no progress what so ever.Now he isnt the only one that this has happend to he found few other people that had this mistake and none of them were able to fix it, i wrote this for him in hopes of getting at least something that works from developers or either someone who has experienced this issue before.

  25. 我在前天成功注册了账号,并且收到了来自官网的确认邮箱,我成功购买黑暗边缘版之后后关闭了网站,当我再次登录的时候他需要我输入安全代码,网站说已将安全代码发送至我的邮箱,但是我找遍了整个邮箱包括垃圾邮件也没找到安全代码,我将官方邮箱账号加入了白名单,也收不到安全代码。我使用的是outlook邮箱。登录网页和游戏登陆器都需要安全代码,我一个都无法登录,而且因为无法登陆网页,我连邮箱都不能更改。前天前购买的游戏,现在我连角色都还没创建。 明明我另一个白边账号的邮箱可以收到来自官网的安全代码邮件,这个却不行。这两天尝试了各种办法,都不行,好累。唯一庆幸的是登录论坛不需要安全代码。
