    Server tickrate

    Hello, I would suggest increasing the tickrate in this game, I don't know what it is at currently but I would guess around 30hz and that is low for any FPS game. I know that this is not CS and does not need 120hz+ tickrate since it is a pretty slow-paced game but 60hz+ would be nice. Now the netcoding might be the problem and then that should be something to focus on. I want to add that I know that this game is still in beta therefore tickrate might not be priority #1 but it's just a suggestion for the future. I posted a video on streamable as an example of what happened to me because of the low tickrate. (my ping is around 20-35ms therefore not a factor on my part) You can hear that the guy was to the left and could not have made that shot otherwise. https://streamable.com/nb6yn
  2. Доброго времени суток! На форуме не нашел такого вопроса как регистрация попаданий. Т.е. каждая пуля будет обрабатываться отдельно или при стрельбе очередью будет отправляться пакет? Каков будет tickrate (частота опроса)? Тема интересна в виду того, что подобная проблема была в творении DICE и страдали простые игроки, когда часть пуль просто терялась или случались так называемые "убийства за стеной"(человек умирал уже забежав за укрытие) и которую решили только недавно.
  3. hello , first of all let me congratulate you for the great looking game you seem to be developing , i like the clean hud . can you please say at which rate does this game run on the server ? i like all the content and all that , but the pvp combat needs to be crisp , none of that laggy 30 tickrate we have seen in a lot of games .... best regards
