  1. Hey, to perfect the current feeling for weight and speed once again, I would like to make a suggestion here. Since the use of roads is currently still making no difference between, I whether run through a forest with sticks, trees and bushes or on a flat road. I would suggest that paths, trails and roads each get a small boost or less stamina consumption. This could contribute to different game styles to further promote and realistic traveling in different areas. For example, on Woods it would also allow lootrunners to run faster through the forest if they use the trails. The use of such paths would also lead to an increased likelihood of contact with other players. When using roads you will of course enjoy the maximum endurance bonus, but you will have to take the risk of being seen and shot at more easily. I hope you like my idea as much as I do, if so please leave your opinion as a comment!
  2. Weapon weight and length currently are not taken into account when calculating the weapon ergo, and IMO it should, both for the sake of immersion as well as balance. Immersion because it is really weird seeing someone lift a 8KG weapon with about the size of a regular human just as fast as a pistol. Balance because it would actually make all(most) attachments as well as smaller guns viable since if you want to have a fast CQB weapon you would have to consider weapon weight / length. If you want to play more defensively/slow you can maximize the recoil reduction but you would suffer the penalties of having a huge and heavy rifle. Long barrel and heavy weapons would still be powerful but have a limitation quite similar to the real world. Short and light guns would finally have a role in EFT other than meme runs. Further down the line weight distribution over the gun could be added in a simplistic form to make it more 'realistic'.
  3. I was loving the 30kg being the ceiling of unencumbered movement, now once again I can run my normal loadout with 600 rounds of ammo, this severely affects the skill, and cost weighing that the weight system was introducing into the game. Those players who money tank for their lack of ability, can now continue to do so, with little thought. The weight restrictions need to be reverted to the beginning when the brackets were lower. Now players can continue to not truly need to learn the game and just money tank their way into a semblance of victory. I mean I am okay with that, because I get so much loot form these thicc bois, but by increasing the weight limits you are catering to casual players, and moving back such an amazing skill ceiling feature. Please bring back the original iteration of the weight system!!!

    Overweight and Movement Speed

I understand that a normal human being can not sprint with 30+ Kgs for a long time, and i kinda like the new weight system, but can we get like a second movement speed option ? At the moment pressing shift feels for me like a sprint, how about adding jogging (smth between the highest walk speed and current running speed), so people can jogg at least for a longer time while carrying stuff from raids etc For example, pressing shift one time will lead into jogging and pressing it two times will lead into sprinting
  5. translate with papago Install a case or something in the corner of the map that you can receive after the RAID. Mark the position using a marker. If you mark it with it, it comes by mail. But other users can shake it off. The concept of SCAV bringing it in You must keep it hidden so that it won't be stolen. original RAID

    Mind your center of gravity

Take this for what you will meme or legitimate game-play mechanic. It is simple to understand how a backpack potentially shifts our center of gravity in everyday life. When you bag up your canned goods at a grocery store you always put them on the bottom before anything else for good reason. I can already imagine Nikita conjuring up this kind of concept for Tarkov in his wildest dreams. Maybe someday i will be able to give my friend a car battery and watch is character face plant as he tries to sprint stop abruptly. Just a few ideas i have, for example say you have backpack that is Half full with enough space toward the top for a tank battery and say you find a tank battery and pick it up not only will the weight cripple your speed and stance but also damage anything below it in your backpack. I imagine canned foods like tushonka being mostly immune to crushing but others like computer parts and croutons simply do not stand a chance. Just another level of depth to game mechanics. Trying to seed ideas here to be honest. Clearly i am happy about the weight changes and i want more like this.
