Shore Lane / Lighthouse Looting problem ... it's a bug ..

Hi there, last night i was streaming from facebook while gaming some EFT and I was making my way to the lighthouse area in the Shore lane (next to the Pier). 
When I finish my job there I dropped two things on the ground (1st I dropped when i came 2nd when I leave) and I  wasn't able to pick them UP again. You got  perception dot but  not looting possibility and options... It's a Bug !

Step to Fix this bug

• Open your Launcher
• Click Report Bug icon
• Describe the bug, add footage and game logs
• Send the report
• Be patient and wait for support to fix it
• Do not post random bug reports on as forum topic

Where to get the GAME LOGS ?! ...how ?!   I will make  footage but game LOGS ?!

Already done ...Thank you ! Now I know how to make Bug Reports...
