Hack reporting?

Is there a means for reporting hacking yet? I have video of the same player killing me 3 times in 3 rounds, almost back-to-back. Always a head-shot, always from farther away than I can hear the actual shot (with Comtac2, and studio-grade audio in the PC). It's getting a little aggravating to be playing something that STILL has the same issues. I take a break after each wipe, hoping it's gotten better. Been a huge fan of the game for well over a year now, but it's finally getting to where I don't want to play because this same issue still hasn't been addressed. I'm really hoping there is finally a mechanism for reporting, and I just haven't found it yet. If not, it may just be time to put the game away until there is. Not gonna say I haven't gotten $120 worth of game play out of it,  but for that kind of money, I would have at least expected this issue to have been resolved by now.
