Giveaway that I was doing just got Tarkov'd

Well this is kinda dumb... I feel bad getting someones hopes up.

I've burned myself out playing this wipe and decided to do a giveaway and make some random low level dude from Reddit very happy. We were joining a raid so I could drop a bunch of stuff for him and I kept getting stuck at "Awaiting session start." This went on for the entire duration of a Factory raid. I alt-f4'd/restarted my PC multiple times trying to rejoin and was never able to. After the raid finally ended everything I had on me got deleted as if I had left mid-raid. Goodbye 65m worth of stuff I guess? Oh well.

Yeah, that really sucks. Personally, I find the flea market to work best for giveaways. It may be more expensive, but I you don't get nonsense like this.

Send me a message, I might be able to help you still get the guy something. Not quite nearly as much as a 65 mil stash, but still maybe enough to make his day.

Meh, I do that with friends while we are actively playing Tarkov and they get a late start or something. I'll toss them a few mil or some guns/gear to help out, but I just wanted to be able to give someone new the chance to mess with all the cool expensive stuff before the next wipe.. Stuff happens though I guess.

I thought there was a weight limit on how much you can take into a server and im guessing you were way over and the server couldn't get you in

i just remember some twitch streamers talking about something like that if you were over the limit the game couldn't get you in the server describing the same problems you had

Nah, when I was leveling my strength I was messing around with weight seeing if I could gain experience faster. I went into a few raids with my inventory completely full of ammo boxes with shotgun shells in them; I weighed like 450+kg and everything was just fine.

Ok so i saw that error appeared many times in 2 diffrent scenarios.
1. Player had too many items and it made game crash/stuck in loading screen
2. Player didn't have much items with him but he still go crash/stuck (i.e. 1 iccase with 10 aks for example)

So i would say that u tried to bring too many items to raid and it made game crash. Whats exactly causing that, don't know, those are just example when i saw such thing happening.
