Night time is to Bright

In my opinion, it is way to bright at night. Using NV G's are almost completely useless. The only map that is exempt is factory. I understand that balance is an issue but, buying one of the most expensive items in the game and having it be almost useless is a little disheartening.

There are several discussions on this subject, and there are pro's and cons of doing what you suggest (darkening the maps). Unfortunately I believe we are at a point where it won't be darker. People will unfortunately be at an advantage with certain monitors/software.

If I am not mistaken, the maps should have an actual lunar calendar that they should be following.   Meaning as the moon waxes and wanes it should be appropriately darker and lighter.  If this is NOT the case, they need to fix that ASAP.

I do agree though that the maps need to be a tad darker at night.  Actually, the entire lighting engine and light settings need to be fixed.  The lighting in EFT is freaking terrible.  I mean, really bad.
