Game Won't Launch

Hey, just lookin for a little help, i just downloaded this latest patch this morning, yesterday evening, i was playing just fine.  But after this latest patch, the game wont launch at all.  So, when i open the launcher, and click it to play the game, the  launcher states im "in game" and when i look at my task manager, you can see the eft.exe in there, but it has 0% cpu usage, and its using like 110mb of memory, which is nowhere near its norm.  I tried doing a integrity check, and clearing cache, but those didnt work, and i still have the same problem.  also tried not using the launcher, but that also didnt work.

 

Does anyone know what the heck happened? or perhaps how i can fix this?  I dont have very stable internet(I live very high up a large mountain), so redownloading this is going to be an absolute task i'd like to avoid if possible.

I'm still having this issue and I just upgraded my package so it's very frustrating did you have any luck?

I have found this same issue on reddit, and the forums on here with no resolutions ever posted. Did anyone figure out the issue??
