crash Game keeps crashing (0xc0000005)

I just bought the game on Monday and keep getting the Access Violation Error (0xc0000005) 1-5 minutes into a raid. I've never crashed in any of the menus, only in game. I've tried the fixes that the other posts talk about with out any luck. Some of those fixes include the following: messing with the page files, granting full access to Tarkov for my user, opening as administrator, uninstalling and reinstalling, and some other smaller fixes. I even reinstalled a fresh version of windows and keep getting the same error. Has anyone had this issue and were you able to fix it? If you want to look at any of the error reports, let me know. and I can provide them. 

Also whats the average response time for a support request?

google search returns a directx issue.

Have you tried updating all dependencies and drivers on your PC ?
