Launcher bug?

Basically, my game launches in windowed mode only, regardless of my launcher settings to have the game open in borderless/fullscreen. Is there a fix for this, because I cant access my game setting due to them being off the screen to click on them.

You could try pressing ALT + Return on keyboard to switch from windowed to full screen

@bbcokeley as much as I wish that had worked, now everything isn't calibrated. The mouse is off the tabs that I can click on but the tabs are still highlighted.

I've literally tried everything. I've had this happen before but that was the beginning of the previous patch.
