Hideout won't load and I'm stuck on awaiting session start loading into PMC

I'm stuck on awaiting session start when loading into PMC and the hideout won't load either. Reinstall and Reboot nothing yet. Scav works though.

Anyone any solutions?

The technical Update on the Servers didn't fix it .. still the same problem.

I'm still having the same problem as well... I paid $160 for the game and this is day 2 of only being able to play scavs every 15 minutes

Servers are always unstable for a bit when a large patch drops more explicitly with the drop of the .12 patch.
