My Friend I have found a solution!

Go to C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\Escape from Tarkov and open the shared.ini. Find this block below. You can change the key from Mouse1 back to "BackQuote".

"keyName": "Console", "variants": [ { "isAxis": false, "keyCode": [ "BackQuote" ],

This will duck up your config and reset your settings to default I deleted the shared.ini and when I launched the game it reset to its default fixing my Mouse1 problem. Try it if you want but don't get mad if it fucks up your game but it worked for me.

How do you find the shared.ini file I have gone through all the game files and can't, I need to reset my settings to default because I accidentally made mouse 1 only open up my stash so I can't do it from within the game

They have moved those files, I found them with a little help from a few others on discord

AppData\Roaming\Battlestate Games\Escape from Tarkov\Settings\control.ini

Open with notepad scroll all the way to the bottom and change it

 {
      "keyName": "Console",
      "variants": [
        {
          "keyCode": [
            "BackQuote"
          ]
        },
        {
          "keyCode": []
        }
      ],
      "pressType": "Press"
    }

Seems like it would be prudent to add "clear keybind" functionality in from a developer standpoint since this is far from an isolated issue and it is really, really convenient from a setup standpoint, especially if you are configuring a controller setup.

Still having the same issue

Anyone else? Can't seem to find the fix, tried everything listed above

Hello!

Delete BSG files in appdata
C:\Users\\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Battlestate Games\Escape from Tarkov\
Then go to your launcher and verify integrity

I just purchased the game. The fact that this isn't an option is ridiculous, it's something that can easily be fixed. AND it's been 3 years and still no fix. Looks like I wasted some money

Hello, Has there been a update for this? I purchased to game 3 days ago and somehow switched LMB to bring up the command section. Can't play it at all. Went through all of my files and don't see anything

All you have to do is press escape and lmb at the same time and you will be able to click so you can get to your settings and reset them.

Navigate to the following directory

C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Battlestate Games\Escape from Tarkov\Settings

Your Control.ini file should be in there - You can just delete the file, go to your launcher, & verify game files.

Also backup all the files there after you made your keybinds and such. Because BSG does not save it in cloud, like steam does.
