Healing after raid

Hello guys!
So, i started playing this game last patch, probably a month after the wipe or so, i didn't play much but i was never broke, i could always play as a scav from 10 to 10 minutes.
The problem now is since i'm dying a lot, which is normal since i don't play much, i need to heal every time i die in a raid, that being said, i need to buy healing stuff, and i don't have much roubles... and scav is on cooldown for 20 minutes or so.

Right now i have 90k roubles which im not gona touch for now to see if there's any thing i can do to start earning more while learning the game at the same time, i don't have any weapons left in my inventory so it's kind of awkward right now, i feel like my 2 possibilities to "come back" to the game is wait 20minutes and pray to survive and bring stuff to my inventory or go hatchling with less than 50hp (since no money to heal).

Idk guys, now im just gonna wait and see what you guys think i should do

Bring at least a pistol, hoard meds like they're your left nut, be smart about your meds (IE use salewa's till they are almost empty before turning them in for the quest)

Also, car med kits go for 6500 roub on flea right now. That's pretty cheap 220 healing.
