Whats with the recent increase in accuracy of scavs? Ive been getting headshotted by scavs from 100m at the end of my past 4 raids. Anyone else notice scavs improved accuracy?

can't say i have, would actually argue they are less accurate now, but also depebnding on what scope/sight they have seem to have an impact on their accuracy

I just got shot in the face by a scav 100 meters away, with a ducking shotgun.

 

They see through walls, have increased accuracy, and have a tendency to spawn directly next to people.

 

The other day I was on Interchange over by the road block. Next thing I know a red flash appears right next to me, and I take damage. Then as I am dying a scav spawns in.

The fucker shot me before even spawning, RIGHT NEXT TO ME.

SKS scavs are just sick.  I was ~150 meters from one (he was on Scav Island I was at the beach) I hear the crack of an SKS, my leg breaks.  Another crack, my right arm goes black and bleeding (wtf the Scav is to my LEFT).  Another crack, my stomach blows.  Another crack and I am dead.  This was while I was running, I was already on painkillers because my left arm was broke.  Four shots in about 1.5 seconds.

My buddy comes up to the boat and kills the Scav.  Only scav on the island and it was NOT a player Scav.  Fun time.  Fun times.

It's gotten to the point where nearly everyone in woods is running around with a scoped rifle trying to get a kill or two before being aimbotted through bushes/trees/rocks by a pop-up scav. Because you are going to die or get shot to pieces engaging inside of normal iron-site range.

Current state of game: painful, unenjoyable slog.

Its making these woods missions damn near impossible too. Ive run into the scav boss on every raid just trying to get the stupid jaeger message and Ive been trying my best to avoid them but they just snipe me anyway.

The worst for me is how they can see through bushes, so they will shoot at you even when fully occluded from view as if they have X-Ray vision.
