Mad stutters since .12 release with odd behaviour

So I'm getting more stuttering now than before. Before it used to be when scavs spawned in and occasionally when you turn a corner and see someone.

Now? I get stutters all over the place, sometimes. Sometimes it's tied to specific events, sometimes not. Like I just had a brief encounter on factory, third floor, where I turned around toward a player who was trying to sneak up on me to kill me. When he fired, my game frozen for about a second, and when it unfroze, I hadn't moved from the spot (Despite me trying to strafe into cover) and the shot had already hit and he was already in cover.

Sometimes I freeze like that when I throw grenades. The game will stop completely for a second or so before the grenade flies off and explodes. It's as if it's trying to load the assets and freezing on it. They're not the kind of stutters I had during 11.7 or before that, and the game's on an SSD.

same i have less performance with vega 56, before  all maps low of 70 fps  now dips in to 30s and stutters,

with this pc and oc on both gfxcard and cpu, costum loop water and 35 fps on the new map. great "optimizitions" starcitizen no loading screen and a UNIVERS to explore is 70 fps on max details

Having some stutter issues too.

Died a few from scavs and other players when game stutters during a gun fight.

confirmed. much more freezes then 0.11

also fps got bad since 0.12.1

Sometimes, soon as you start a gun fight or during a fight, stutters for like 1-3 seconds. I've died many times because of this now.

As much as it stings to lose all your gear. Getting killed by the guy you had the drop on really sucks. Especially when its 3vs1 and you already killed 2 of them, wanting to finish last guy off and loot. 

Ow well.

Yeah,i just died from a stutter during gunfight too. i am so mad when that occured.
