So Slow to Load and Match

This will make me quit.  sitting there 5:00 plus minutes to get into a game is garbage.

If it takes longer than 5 minutes you should disconnect. Likely is you already failed connection or the sever hiccuped.

It also depends on the map and time of day. This happens in all games.

The only time you should expect long wait times is when playing scav. Some maps its a long ass wait time.

Not anymore, plus 5 minutes loading times at around 12 am to 8 PM is just normal now because there are so many more players than before. You just have to wait, disconnecting will only make it longer unless your lucky.

Don't be understanding of the situation at hand and let yourself keep getting unnecessarily worked up over nothing.
