Edge of Darkness upgrade bug

I just upgraded to the EOD edition and started the game and the stash isn't as big as it should be and I don't have the gamma case, It's acting like I only have the standard edition of the game and not giving me the addition upgrades for buying the edge of darkness version. 

I put in a support ticket a few days ago, but they still haven't answered. I was wondering if there is any fix that doesn't have to be done on their end.

I've already used my player reset and it didn't work.

Also experiencing this issue. Dealing with support for the last week and nothing has really happened. They asked me to "reset my profile" but it won't let me so. Now my profile is just sitting in limbo.

They haven't even responded to me after 3 days.

That's the thing, people are telling me that we're supposed to be locked from resetting but I wasn't, I've already used my reset and thats where the issue is coming from.

Is anybody getting responses?  I'm having the same issue and starting to get kinda pissed that I dropped $100 on game content I can't access.  Anybody reach out to VISA or Xsolla about charging back payment for not receiving?

This sounds frustrating. Sorry to hear about it guys. They take sometimes up to a week to respond to even my most basic requests. So, all I can say is be patient or reset the account as others have suggested.
