Improve team communication with addition of in game compass for bearing callouts

The compass would allow for bearing callout of contacts. 

The compass is not directly integrated with the HUD.

The compass is an in-game item which must be pulled out during raid to view (include animation). 

The compass is a lootable item If not stored in the container.
