Does armor glitch still exist?

I ask cause I've been getting 1-2 shot in the chest with no sign of actually taking dmg from shotgun scavs.... Just straight up dying . With level 3-4 armor on from, AI scav and getting shot in the thorax...Also, getting shot in armored locations after already getting behind cover...That's another thing I'm having troubles...

3 shoots from a SCAV in chest, new armor class 4 purchased: Lost Thorax and stomach, armor HP goes down to 8.

Killed the scav, then checked the weapon/ammo: Ak 74 with FMJ ammo.

3 FMJ rounds...

Add that to the new Zombie spawn mode that scavs have now, infinite waves of scavs when armors seems to not work anymore, i`ts a recipe to a complete disaster... looting the dead scavs seems to be impossible now, the game can spawn a scav 20 metters from you when you are looting the bodie.

And yeah, they spawned. - when i am Sniping on Reserv i make sure there is NO SCAVs on that region anymore, when i come close to a bodys, 2-3 spawns right in front of me, EVERYTIME.

Have same problems. Lost several kits to a neck/face shot from a scav. If its a SKS or some high power weapon I can understand a little. But a shotgun or a weapon on full auto at 50 meters. Its beyond annoying.
