Hit reg.

For some reason some shots register as having hit other body parts. This is a major problem with scav head shots, not too sure with PMC.

Just a thing I've noticed.

A scav needs to be activated in order to be damaged. If a scav spawns, and you shoot it within a period of spawning, the hit reg is messed up to the point you don't even do damage. This is one of many problems with scavs right now.
