Mosin bug 4/5 rounds

Can't reload the Mosin to 5/5 rounds. And on top of that it eats the bullet upon trying to reload it. It will always stay 4/5. So you could keep trying to reload it until all your rounds are gone.

So is this a known bug or new one? Has anyone reported it yet?

Well, mosin magazines hold 5 rounds, so once you close the bolt, the gun chambers one, and there are 4 left (hence 4/5). In order to have 5+1, you would need to manually load one in the chamber, then push on the rest of the rounds, while closing the bolt, to prevent malfunction. In other words - they will need to make more animations for handling the rifle. 

Ejecting a perfectly good round is annoying, however- they could have made it so the characters tilts the rifle and places their hand over the, so the round doesn't fly out. I guess it again comes down to extra animations - which is time and money.

Double click on the Mosin  in your stash and remove the magazine. Put 5 rounds in the mag and drag another round into the chamber section, then replace the mag. You will then have one round chambered and 5 in the mag.

You can't have 5 round outside your stash, as soon as you start firing and reload the mosin it's over, you will always be stuck with 4 round since opening the bolt will eject the round inside the chamber (fired or not). They could try to do like in BF5 where the character places his hand over the action to catch and push the unfired round back into the rifle. But it would requires rewriting the animation and code, which personally i don't think is a priority atm.
