my account got reseted for no reason

today i felt like playing some tarkov, got in the game but it looked like ive just bought the game, it asked the language and the caracter (BEAR OR USEC), and i lost all my loot and level. I didnt do poo to reset my account, its been a considerably long time since i played tarkov and I dont know what to do, pls help

1 month ago, the game WIPED with new patch 0.12 = resets all.

Global wipes are one of the necessary evils of the testing stages the game is currently in. They tend to happen whenever there is an update that has significant change on the game. Sometimes they can apply an update without wiping when it's small things, but bigger updates generally come with a wipe.

After full release, there will not be any more wipes. However, for the time being they will be done whenever necessary.
