Ghosty21
Ok here's what I'm thinking, in the Hideout it would be cool if we had a Gym or something that help level skills like Strength, endurance ect. The way this could work would be. Build the gym like everything else in the Hide out (Parts, Money ect) then once completed you can set your PMC to do a workout routine ( Different routines for different skills) each taking a certain amount of time, and to balance it out when you start the Routine you need to have hydration and food maxed out, and have in the gym protein shakes, energy bars ect

My personal opinion is that you should actively train it while raiding missions. I dont feel that working out at a hideout gym is fun content, people would abuse it as well and it would benefit the people most who have time to waste while not really playing the actual game. I mean its not an impossible idea but I would prefer just leveling it in a raid while doing stuff that would actually increase your str IRL. Level it up by actually raiding, yknow? Its kinda funny, people criticize the common str leveling technique of filling your backpack with stuff to weigh you down, but real operators and some athletes as well might train by having a weight vest on.. what is OK IRL is considered cheesing in-game, kind of. I dont have the patience to level up my skills in these extraordinary ways, so Im just letting it level up as I raid and kill people. Anyways, welcome aboard, happy hunting! BroodPapa
Maybe it could slow skill drain/leak over time. Offer various mini perks.
