extreme stutting / fps loss at start of match

on a ssd.

hey i have seen the worst desync i have ever seen on a game on the reserve map, it was just terrible walking the teleporting back ect, i really do think this game is terrible at the moment, not to mention every other problem it has and not only that you end up waiting ages for a game?

There are plenty of issues with performance in this beta, but they are to be expected.

However, it is impossible to make a game like EFT that runs well on every system out there. One of the reasons is that nobody can account for everyone's different configurations/softwares/bandwidth/etc.

If you don't have an SSD, if you run a bunch of crappy software eating up system performance, if you have hardware issues. These things won't be solved by any game dev, ever.

So it's hard for us/them to know if its a you-problem, or a them problem.

Stutters do occur, but 60-90 seconds? Leads me to believe it's a you-problem in this particular instance.

Yeah the stuttering in the game has got worse over the last few days. I hope whatever is causing it will be resolved soon.
