Laggy players, TP, HS and Geolocation

Hi,

I'm back since few weeks away from Tarkov and I my feelings are balanced. 

No more stutters for me which is very cool but I'm facing the same issue as during the last weeks before the wipe.. Teleportating players 

1- Its happening every games... There is not a single game without seeing it.

2- I cannot take the shot...

3- But they can shoot me ! During the invisible flying period, got headshoted from nowhere

Please enforce geolocation so we can play.. Fixing stutters and make the game smoother is useless if players with 200ms ping can join and ruin the fun...

BTW:

nice job with 0.12.

hideout sucks.. Are we playing Tarkov or Minecraft?
