Need some help here

Hello, I can log into the homepage but when i try start the game it wont let me in, says it keep sending me a E-mail but i dont get any also asked for help but they never respond.

 

I dont get why i can log in here but not the game itself, makes no sense.  any idea?

Well you can:

- check your spam bin since (most BSG mails automatically ends up there)

- Or you will have to wait for the client support to take care of you. However, you might need to relax and sip some tea as they are a bit overloaded following the black Friday sales and the increase of request, thus taking more time than usual.

Others are reporting trying different browsers, specifically Edge, or spamming from their Android devices and eventually it does work, but others seem to have the same or a similar problem recently.  Good luck!
