Tullu
User journey: I recently got into a habit of mixing different ammo types into my mags. 1 traced bullet, 3 reg. 1 slug 1 rip, etc.. you get the idea. Why? Because I might need pen. I might need damage. Why not use both and maximise damage output? Or when using a shotgun. Slug vs buckshot is a big difference, especially in maps like woods. Pain point: The issue is that i have to lay out single bullets and manually feed them into the magazine. One by one. Which eventually becomes tedious. Solution: Create a system in which you can load a variety of/diversify different ammo types simultaneously in your mags. Suggestion: Right click + [Load Limit] (option in roll out window) > input window for max number of bullets to be loaded at one time (or a set amount that we can click) > pre-existing drag and drop. Thanks for reading. 1

Right click, detect the magazine, detect ammunition you have in your stash for that magazine. You will select which goes first, second, last, then enter in textboxes the quantity for each. Brilliant! yes! Something like that! Love the drawing you made! +Rep
kebman
I concurr. I love the idea of making every third or fifth bullet a tracer, which armies actually do IRL. This is a pain with the current lack of a loading system, so I wish there was a simplified way of doing it. Or at least make it possible to makro certain repetetive tasks.
RogueVector
I know that someone's written an AutoHotkey script to let this happen. However, is this macro actually allowed by BSG?
LevCH
Looking at this, I think I may have an idea to help with this. It could be a hide out thing. I do not know the brand name or what they are called There is a machine for loading magazines. I have seen them before with Law Enforcement Units. You shove the magazine in the bottom and then dump bullets at the top. It takes care of the rest Perhaps it could be modified so it can be belt fed from storage? Doubles as an Ammo Storage and loaderThis is not the one I am thinking of but, it is similar Edited February 6, 2020 by LevCH typo
darthmans
yop, I posted last week about hte same idea. there is this perp that exists IRL, a mag loading board. I think this wouldn't be such an issue to create, as an item to buy, craft, or else. It might work with a preset system as, you have pre-saved presets that you can manage, then you could choose which preset to use on which mag, through its own menu. I hope by adding it on the topic that devs would come closer to consider it have a good time, stay safe
RikiCro
I really do like the idea but hear me out we add clips like metall clips witch would feeed 5 to 10 rounds to ak or AR standard mags, like they do know?
DaRealMcCloud
I would also welcome the option to have a section in the hideout that would allow the custom filling of mags with different ammunition.
NoOne2You
They could also have it based on some ratios. 2:1, 3:1, 3:2:1. I am glad someone else thought of this. This would be so awesome.
