I think limiting the amount of reactions is bad, because it completely randomizes the posts that do get reactions, meaning that people - whether they are mods, devs or readers - cannot possibly make any sense out of it. It could easily just be the first good post you came accross, and so you gave it a like. Then you read an even better post, but had no more likes to give. So the best posts may then stand completely without likes, while the mediocre ones get the most upvotes. IMHO I think that is bad, and it can severely skew the importance of some posts.
