Disappearing / invisible skav's and silent players

I am just putting this out there as I am not sure my self, on customs and interchange I am being attacked by silent players no foot steps nothing, and the same with scavs. I just shot at 1 by the train track admin gate side he just vanished... I went to his location and I could hear him under the train track mound....

Another place I have seen /// hear invisible  scav's again customs admin gate side the 1st rock formation as you go past the UN jeep and containers.

As I can't record every game I go into I just wanted to know if other have found the same?

There is a couple new scavs on customs, one of them is up really high at the end of construction site and can shoot quite a way.

The other is on top of a rock formation just near checkpoint tower but at the jeep. It’s not massively well placed but he’s up there.
