Low fps in some lobbies

I have a ryzen 5 1600x gtx 1080 16gb ram and i have a strange problem with my fps.Example(I join in customs or any other big map and my fps are 80-100 and after one match or two i join again in a map i have 40 fps. I have tried everything that i have found in forus or videos (Dpi scaling,reinstall the game,cpu affinity but nothing).The thing is This is not happening all the time as i said some games in customs i have ok fps , otherwhise i would ok i cant run properly.Also my friend has excactly the same pc as me and he has no issues he runs the games with solid 70 fps iwthout drops or somthing.Any help?

Have same problem on config: Ryzen 3 1200, GTX1060 6Gb, Windows 10 LTSC 64bit. Starting with 60-70 fps(was always stable previous patches), then drop into 38-40 no matter where i goes... Game restart solves problem temporarily. Tried different graphic options, tried DDU, tried older drivers.. no result.

UPD: The problem is solved for me now by reinstalling the game with manual cleanup registry (HCU/Software/Battlestate Games) and AppData folders (Local,LocalNow,Roaming \ Battlestate Games). Testing..
