Its because the game's popularity has increased dramatically in which a lot of new players are playing the game. So servers slow down and stuff like items not moving happens. This has been an off and on thing for the past few days and yes bsg is working on it. This is not a game company like Blizzard or Activation where resources are basically unlimited and is fixed within minutes.

exactly what ImNotFat said right now theyre stress testing the servers I know it can be annoying but just be patient they'll have everything fixed real shortly 🙂 just like they said in the announcement its a beta game they weren't expecting such a blow up
