Hideout Changes

I think that changing the hideout crafting on the fly and as hotfixes is great, everything is subject to change, but please can we have changelogs?

BSG is not known for their......communication skills......BUT they are much better then they were.  I remember a time when you'd spawn on customs and a new wall or hole in a wall or entirely new path across river would just be there one day so count your blessings that they at-least tell us some things.  

Side note they are NEVER on the forums other then for big update stuff, but are quite active on other media like i believe twitter is there big one where they often will tell of changes.  Not a changelog but at-least mention when they change things
