Game download not working / going extremely slow

I just bought the game today and managed to download about 2GB at 1-2MBps. Suddenly it dropped to around 50KBps and has stayed at that speed for the past few hours. 

Does anyone have any advice on trying to fix this? Here's some details:

• I'm in Australia and on other launchers I usually get about 1 - 4MBps
• I've tried running the launcher as admin
• I've tried installing on different drives
• I've tried downloading using a VPN
• I've tried reinstalling the launcher
• I've restarted the launcher and my PC multiple times

Nothing has worked so far, any help would be appreciated.

This is normal because the servers are full so the servers are sweating so try to put everyone in the server just make you wait tomorrow I think

I have had the game for exactly 7 days now and still can't download it. I opened up a ticket via paypal and they are quick to answer with this bs message:

 

Hello, We are sorry to hear about your issues with the game. Unfortunately, we can not offer a refund. Please note that by buying the pre-order you have agreed to support the development of the game. When making a payment you have agreed to the license agreement that excludes refunds. Thank you.

 

They won't answer support tickets but they are sure quick to tell you no refunds. DON"T BUY THIS GAME.
