How do you heal if you are broke?

Not played for about 18 month(raged quit due to a plague of cheaters)  Decided to come back and see whats new and noticed I am not 2% on all body parts after every raid.  When/if I go broke, how do you heal?  I am a solo player and prefer solo play, so the odds are against me from that, but do you passively heal or is it "game over" when you go broke?   Thanks

you will heal over time, upgrading your hideout will increase the amount you heal over time

I mainly play solo as well. Don't engage in fights when you don't have to. Hit up hidden stashes constantly and get the loot out. Use the flea market to maximize profits and buy cars 220/220 healing for 6k to keep yourself healed.
