Flea Market Fix - Always Getting "Offer Not Available" ? Well, here's how to fix it...

Got so sick of trying to buy stuff for cheap over and over and over, and well, I found out why and the reason is pretty scary. Simple fix and I really hope the devs fix this issue, this isn't how these systems should be setup

I don't know if this is against forum rules, I promise it's not about self promotion, but awareness (esp since I think some people will hate me for bringing this to light). The system is catastrophically broken and it needs to be fixed. I shouldn't be able to manipulate the game in any way with my local clock settings.

I also don't mean just make it so the PC clock can't impact it, I mean for it to get fixed in the way so that the flea market is FAIR for EVERYONE equally. No player should have the ability to purchase items ahead of someone else, it just isn't a fair system.
