i have the exact same problem and i bought the game in 2017, i contacted the support and they said its on another account wich is impossible because its the same username and stuff, i showed them every single proof, its like they don't even care

Well, at least you can order. At the moment, I can't get off of the verification stage (since the charges aren't showing on my banking statement). What's the point of this service or company?

Did you contact XSolla? I had the same issue or very similar.
Made multiple attempts to buy, in the end I contacted them, and they where blocking my payments for "suspicious activity", because it turned out I left the payment window open too long while I found my card the first time.

They removed the block and it went through.

Could be something silly like that?
