There should be a search feature for barter requests. For example, if I have an extra graphics card and want to barter it for an item, there should be a way to search all current barter offers asking for graphics card(s). As of now the only way to look is to manually go to different items and see if anyone has an offer for a graphics card, and since the market defaults to sorting by (descending) price, most people don't bother putting up barter requests that would be anywhere other than the cheapest or most expensive requests (first or last pages). All you can really do is put your own barter request for the item and pray that someone finds your request and agrees to it, which leads me to my second suggestion: multiple criteria for trade.

Putting my graphics card up for barter, as of now I can only ask for three different types of items and each one is required to complete the transaction. There should be an option to include OR logic to the items, so that way I can barter for item one AND/OR item 2 AND/OR item 3. As of now if I select uhhh 20 Bolts in slot 1, a Document Case in slot 2, and 10 Pack of Nails the person would have to have ALL of those items for the trade, but I only really want any one of those item sets for it.

The final thing that should be implemented is being able to barter/sell multiple "packs" in one listing. Currently, there is only the option to list your items as sell one at a time (per item) or s.ell them all at once. There should be a way to list 20 items for sale as packs of 2 (10 potential sales in one listing) instead of the current method of making 10 listings of 2 item packs.

On a side note, maybe make the "Filter out barter requests" button a toggle on the top of the menu instead of in a separate drop-down menu. It's easily one of the most clicked button in the game in it doesn't need to take three clicks to use it.

Good idea, but as for the packs part, you can already do that. Say that you have 3 Graphics Cards, you click all 3 on the offer page in your inventory. Having a total price option doesn't really matter as if you list 3 and someone wants 3, they choose to buy 3 and know what each one will cost. I like the idea for the bartering though!
