yes but if support would answer our tickets and emails when proof has been shown and wanting to do a email swap what can be done then support team being lazy

Please get it sorted man, i understand there's a lot but i have done multiple different things to try and get in-contact

Same as above, it is being handled, we did not answer as all information were already in the message, so we forwarded the case straight away to the right specialist. It will be handled as soon as possible.

@PIG-Mathieu Same issue here Ticket: #7068683 and as you will be able to see by included screenshots, get all other emails just not the verification ones.

hi i seem to be having the same problem as everyone else i am not receiving the verification email for battlestate but all other emails from them i am receiving. i dont know how to fix it i check my email settings and nothing should be stopping me from receiving it.

i made a ticket number which is #7087833

i really dont know how to fix this if anyone has ideas please let me know

I have been trying to get this issue resolved for 3 months now. I have the support email from [email protected]  to prove it. They havent changed my email. I never got a flood of 300 verification emails. I use gmail so it isn't a yahoo error. I even contacted [email protected] to see if it was being blocked on my end and it wasn't. It is wrong to say it only affects a small percentage because the small percentage on the forum represents a larger number of people who do not come and comment on these things who have a similar problem and are just looking for a solution.

Im in the same boat, they tried to blame my email from my ISP but I get every email from them accept the verification one, I get password reset emails, support ticket emails and everything else but this one. Not to mention I have also had verification emails in the past from BSG sent to this address.

I haven't been getting these emails for months now. Made a ticket to have my email-address changed, but still waiting for anything to happen. I don't know what my ID is, but I'd still like to have this resolved at some point.
By the way, where should the ticket ID be shown?

I had this too and I had to specificly whitelist the mentioned addresses. Then it suddenly popped up in my providers spam order. This is totally the mistake of the devs, having such a low "trust" level on their domains they dont even show up on the damn spam list of legit providers. Time to invest some of the $$$ into certificats.

Same here. New account. launcher codes are not received. I have tried changing e-mail accounts and now the verification for that is not received. All other emails are received so it obviously not the mail providers issue.

I fixed at least to get the launcher op with a captcha plugin to Firefox (privacy Pass). This could be a java script issue as it relates to Captcha. After captcha enter I got a PASS logo and the e-mail arrived immediately. Currently downloading the update that is required in the launcher. The request might not be sent to the developer if this is the case with java being the culprit and not the developers e-mail send routines.

This works. Instead of using the Russian (aka poo) email the Authenticator uses, It'll use the working "ACCESSED FROM ANOTHER LOCATION" email.

 

To the devs- I spoke to Gmail,Yahoo and Hotmail, Your email used is registered as "Malicious,Phishing and or Scam" and is BLOCKED. and the only way to UNBLOCK is for BattleStateGames to reach out and verify this address on a Buisness email and not a "Personal" email.

I think they fixed it bcs it works for me now. And yesterday was critical launcher update :)
Support just send email to me that it should work now (i think bcs of the launcher update, probably they changed something)

Whoever finds this threat, I just fixed the problem for me.

I am using goneo as a mail provider, I bought my own domain and everything works as it should EXCEPT the Tarkov authentication email. Whenever I try to login to the launcer it sends a verification mail and as a lot of other users state that mail never arrives. For me it did arrive, but it ALWAYS took 2-3 HOURS and by that time the code was no longer valid.

 

However, to get to the point: I went into my mail providers settings and deactivated "grey-listing". Basically a technique that tries to fight spam by refusing to pass a suspicious mail to the users inbox and it only allows to let it pass after the senders mailserver tries to deliver it multiple times (which takes hours). I deactivated the feature for a second, logged in to the launcher, got the verification mail in an instant and then turned the feature back on. Even if you state that this is a problem with the users mail account, I (and I am working in IT) have never ever experienced something like that with any other service. In fact you are right, it technically is a problem on the receiving end, BUT the fact that your verification mails get rejected by so many mail servers can't be in your interest to deliver a good service and should be investigated by your IT-infrastructure team.
