First shot, 15 hits to player Scav with AP

I had to reload because I shot my entire AP magazine and was killed. I feel so cheated >:{ BTW this was point blank range. IDK why people say EFT is realistic and hardcore, its neither. I was in my best gear and lost to a player Scav who didnt even see me and shot me after I shot him 5+ times. EFT was not like this in its earlier days. I dont know if its a new health system or the updated armor system but EFT is starting to feel like a PUBG bullet sponge game, why?!?!?!? 563 damage to armor? wtf. I did 837 damage all together. What are the Scavs machines? The Armor in EFT is the most unrealistic aspect. Armor point blank does not work unless its very low caliber in real life. 15 shots to the chest point blank with AK-103 AP would have broken bones, possibly damage his heart, and rupture organs.

Time to go back to hatching running so I don't feel cheated when I die.

Armor Piercing 7.62x39 for AK-103 I think its called 7.62x39 mm BP

well it seems quite impossible to me. only thing i can think of is that your opponent had a lvl 6 armor on but even then... there isnt much of a possibility that you would need more than 6 to 7 hits. are you absolutely sure you had bp rounds?

Yes. Apparently I just suck. I come from CS, Rainbow SIx 3, SWAT 4, etc. I'm just not use to body armor being so powerful in a military game.

nah, that aint it. my point is:

if you use the bp variant of 7.62, you need 6 or 7 hits tops on the thorax.

i think you either:

1 you got killed by a boss npc

2 your opponent had the best armor on

3 you somehow managed to not hit the thorax 6 to 7 times

but based on the amount of damage absorbed, you probly didnt use bp ammo....

What if I hit the edge of his upper body, does that account for lesser damage than if it was a centered hit?
