Lag spikes when Spotting Player Models

I've noticed that when ever i spot player models (Scavs or players), i get a Lagspike. I can play the game at a pretty good Fps, but when ever i point in the direction of a Player model i get random lagspikes and i can expect a lagspike when i point at one and shoot. I have the game settings a Low now, and still it happens, i can run the game at High. If i go Offline with no Bots, there is no Lagspikes.

Any tips on how to fix this from my side?

There is no fixing it from your side.  It is due to the poorly optimized game and EXTREMELY way too high of poly count on the guns and clothing models in the game.
