sooo you shot at someone....and then died? could it possibly be that they or someone else shot you back??  Cause thats how combat in this game generally works

Or do you mean literally on your kill screen you had no killer's name?  cause that would be an actual glitch then

going off what little info you provided before you accused of it being a hack then slandering the devs...
its old problem that seems to pop up  every now and then, its desync basically. scavs will walk in place but reality is they are walking around the map like normal and can still shoot.
it used to be everyone was invisible, now it seems to be only scavs from personal experience.
