My only big gripe with the game

Hello everyone,

I've been thoroughly enjoying EFT for about 2-3 months now.  I recognize that I am a very new player and might not have the best perspective on the game.  With that being said, I feel pretty confident that the following change is much needed for the game.  I absolutely HATE that teams can spawn into the game along with solo players.  I don't want the game to remove this feature by any means.  If your idea of fun is getting gang banged by duos/trios while alone, be my guest!  Personally, I really dislike this part of the game.  I propose the option for solo only raids for PMCs.  I understand you could theoretically team with other PMCs but at the least it would not have everyone spawn together.  I just don't see the argument to not have solo raids available.  I understand that the servers in a bad spot right now because of so many players.  But certainly this could be implemented sometime in the future.

The game probably has no intentions of solo play. Even if people didn't team, dont you think you'd ever run into a situation where you'd have to face multiple solo players? Plus scavs? You migh as well be solo vs groups.

The devs said there will be no solo vs solo matchmaking.

 

The game is meant to be played as a group.

It will always be viable to play solo but it will get progressivly harder as development goes on.

exactly what above said, if you do a quick search the devs have specifically said there will be no separation for solo ever with the exception of arena mode which may be 1v1 2v2 etc but we know very little of this and don't even know if you will gain/lose gear in this

The game is designed to be played like this, you can play solo, but it will be way more hard. Adapt to it and try to optimize your playstyle, be extra carefull when you spot a group and evaluate if it is better to engage or stay hidden and let them go. I don't see a problem here. I see a problem regarding spawn points in this context. But that's another story.

No maybe they wan't solo players to improve to the point where they can handle groups...

I play much solo too. If u see a team just avoid them (at least till u can sneak up on them)... if they kill u from behind than even a solo can do that to u.
