Lost my character to the "lost connection" error

Just lost my character, with quite a lot of gear on customs, due to the "lost connection" error. I thought I could log back in into the game, like I could in other situations when "lost connection" occured, but not this time. Character badly wounded and all equipment lost. I have a very stable cable internet connection so I can't even blame my internet. Would be glad if I could get my equipment back, or at least it's roubles worth.

You can't get your gear back, nor your roubles. This kind of things happens quite often recently, gotta be patient until BSG works on server stability. I feel you mate, yesterday i've been disconnected from server twice at the beginning of the game and when i managed to get back I found my pmc sliced to death by another player
