Items Out Of Stock

The game keeps telling me an item is out of stock when on the left in the Traders menu it doesn't say it is out of stock. Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug in the game?

I get that too, I assume its a bug, as nothing works properly with their trading system. They have a major sync issue, so that's my best guess.
