I pressed reset in-game profile accidentally...I want my old in-game profile back

I am from Hong Kong , I dont speak english that well but i will try to explain what just happened to me. I was checking my setting on the launcher and somehow i clicked in to the reset in-game profile section.At that moment, i did not know what does it mean and i think i pressed yes. When i restart my game i found out i need to start over again... I put so much effort in my old in-game profile and i played day n night as always. I need help!

I'm not entirely sure if anyone can really help you my guy, as I believe your profile is gone forever. I would highly recommend contacting staff in some way to answer your question.

The only one who is being stupid here is you, the guy is from hong kong and doesn't understand English that well dude, he had no idea what he was pressing in that setting menu, English is a extremely difficult language to understand so give the guy some slack, especially since it's not his first language.

unfortunately as the others stated there is no way to get your profile back, once you hit reset its gone from server memory

For starters cool your jets, again you are the only one is this thread that is acting stupid. You've done nothing but insult OP, and it was an honest mistake and didnt have prior knowledge about not being able to recover the account, hence why he started the thread. Maybe you need google translate so you can re-read the thread and answer OP's question in a more calm attitude.
