There is also the Sherpas program you can sign up for, those guys will literally teach you the game.  not like "WASD is to move" but actual core tarkov specific concepts.  no idea how good they are but i have heard it works decently enough

36 from Texas myself. I'm looking for a serious raiding partner myself. Im about a week new to the game and the guy I've been playing with is just worthless when it comes to anything tactical. Hes a bots bot. I need someone to take it seriously and learn with.
