It was instant for me when i first heard of it. Due to the large popularity the game has received its being hit from all angles. I would recommend that you raise a support ticket and allow them time to get your sorted. Sad he is promoting this trash. So many replies and thread starting with this problem(my mistake for purchasing without looking at the forums). They just taking in the free advertising from Summit meanwhile these problems exists. I'll be charging back and they can ban this account. Summit doesn't control the game and might not be aware of the sigh up issues. That's something EFT needs to address to anyone they are providing promotional content to. I'm not saying it should be like this, all i am saying is that if you put in a ticket if might be better off then waiting. They don't do support in these forums from what i have discovered. Just trying to give you an approach which might land you in the game quicker. They say 10 days but is it really 10 days or is it that they have dedicated support for purchasing of the game.
